A LARGE SET OF KEY PARTNERSHIPS & CLIENTS ALREADY SIGNEDs

1. BANK RELATIONSHIPS

All mobile banking & payment businesses need a traditional banking “sponsor” in order to obtain Central Banks Licenses. The bank partners are therefore conducting extensive due diligence on the mobile payment providers (incl. technology, compliance to regulations etc.).

NewGen Bank has secured the “sponsorship” of Africa’s top tier banks including: Barclays and Stanbic (Standard Bank)

2. LARGE CLIENTS (KEY ACCOUNTS):

NewGen Bank’s technology enables large Corporations, Governments or NGOs to distribute products, services and cash to people, especially the unbanked. It enables them to go “cashless” when either distributing or collecting from these populations, thus reducing logistic costs and associated cash-holding risks. In this regards and among other, NewGen Bank is already offering services to the following clients:

✓Liberty life: by collecting insurance premiums from liberty’s unbanked population.

✓Coca Cola: by enabling Coke’s distributors to pay “cashless”, thereby reliving Coke’s truckers from the risk of carrying cash.

✓British American Tobacco: by paying wages to unbanked laborers.

✓Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA): by collecting State taxes such as land & income taxes

✓ICC Buying Group - South Africa: by enabling associated wholesalers to go “cashless”

✓Various NGOs: by distributing funding and medicines to the poor and unbanked population in Burundi mostly.
